Our organisation has to be perceived as a society, which consists of professors of the university, of the secondary school and of the adult education and also of specialists of doctrine, of research and of economy. This society owns instruction facilities and required equipment for courses like face- to- face courses as eLearning, for instance. It was also able to gain in experiences with arrangements and conferences. Also remarkably is the well performing and high quality team working of the instruction course teams and the mentoring team. Networks are used as a tool to share information and to carry out instruction courses and other trainings and seminars.
